POST SALES SERVICE
Ocio Azul has at its disposal a post sales department, from where we inform the client about the current status of their property.
In the case the client/s will have extras we will facilitate the quote and once accepted communicate with the builder, so they may be completed.
The company has relationships with various different financial institutes in case finance is required, in this case we present the client and a personal study is made.
The clients are advised as in respect to questions and doubts, they may have, by legal advisors on subjects that may fall outside our competence.
At the time of the hand over all necessary communication and transactions will be made ready , so that all is practically ready , this including notary date and time meeting the builder and bank etc.
There is also a special post sales service available to those clients, who do not want to be worried about anything, we collect them at the airport and take them to their hotel, after that to the lawyers offices and the notary, bank and or shops they need to visit.
